We paid 2,400Baht for a standard room. It was a bit price-y for a small room, I thought. But breakfast was included and the breakfast was good so I though it’s worth the 2,400Baht that we paid.
In December, my family and I are going to Thailand again for business and leisure. We are taking the train from Kuala Lumpur to Hatyai and we will take a bus from Hatyai to Ranong.
As I was looking for a budget hotel to stay in Hatyai, I simply clicked Novotel Centara. I found they have offer for early breaks. I checked out the rate and lo and behold, it was just within our budget.t.
Early breaks rate for Novotel Centara Hatyai is only 1,483Baht and that includes breakfast for two and inclusive of tax, too. We are traveling with friends from Brazil and so I tried booking for two rooms.
It just amazed me to have discovered we could stay in a 4-star hotel with breakfast included for 148RM! It really is a good deal!
Next time I would know that to be able to get a budget accommodation or cheap hotel in Hatyai, I have to book our room 21 days earlier and before.
But of course, I am hoping against all hopes that with the cheap hotel rate we got, we would get a 4-star service too.
